Kyle Andrew Kincaid was last seen on the morning of February 2, 2019, in Huntington, West Virginia. He was 28 years old at the time.
According to reports, Kyle was seen near the 31st Street Bridge. Witnesses and law enforcement said that they saw him jump and enter the waters of the Ohio River. Despite immediate efforts to rescue him, his body has not been recovered. Unfortunately at the time, the Huntington Fire Department rescue boat was out of service and could not be utilized.
His mother states that she wants people to remember her son for how he wanted to be remembered and not by his rash, final moments.
His case remains open, and he is still listed as missing.
