Kevin “Man” Flythe was last seen on the morning of January 27, 2022, in Charleston, West Virginia. He was 52 years old at the time.

Kevin had recently been released early from FCI Gilmer in Glenville, West Virginia, after serving 27 years in federal prison. His early release was granted due to health issues following a stroke. On the day of his release, he was dropped off at the Greyhound bus station in Charleston around 6:30 a.m. Kevin was supposed to travel to Washington, D.C., but somehow, he never arrived — and he has not been seen or heard from since.

Kevin’s family, who had made plans to pick him up, were never informed of the exact date of his release. By the time they found out, Kevin had already disappeared. His health at the time made traveling alone difficult — he had limited mobility and struggled with speech because of the stroke.

Despite searches and efforts to piece together what happened, Kevin’s disappearance remains unsolved. His family continues to hope for answers, determined not to let his story be forgotten.
