William "Nick" Nicholas Daniel was last seen on July 22, 2014, around 12:30 p.m. at the Walgreens Pharmacy in Beckley, West Virginia. He was 36 years old at the time. Two days later, on July 24, his vehicle was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Go-Mart on Eisenhower Drive in Beckley.
Since then, no confirmed sightings or communications have been reported. His case remains open as authorities continue to search for answers.

While the records did not reveal significant new information, they did help clarify a key detail that has been widely misreported: William did not get into a Pontiac Sunfire with anyone prior to his disappearance. The individuals associated with that vehicle, both the driver and the passenger, were identified early on and found to have no connection to the case.
