Faith Ann Willis, who was also known by the nicknames Faithann and Faith Ann, was last seen on the night of August 6, 2005, in Fairmont, West Virginia. Around 11:30 p.m., she met her boyfriend at a McDonald’s near the intersection of Speedway Avenue and East Park Avenue. After that night, Faith was never seen or heard from again. No clear signs pointed to where she might have gone, and despite searches and efforts by loved ones and authorities, her disappearance remains unsolved.

We recently submitted a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request in hopes of obtaining records related to the disappearance of Faith Ann Willis. We want to sincerely thank the Fairmont Police Department for their prompt and professional response.

At this time, our request was respectfully denied due to the ongoing nature of the investigation. We fully understand and appreciate this decision, as protecting the integrity of the case is the top priority.

We are grateful to know that once the case is closed, documentation will be made available. We continue to hold space for Faith Ann and her loved ones, and we remain committed to supporting this case with patience, respect, and hope for answers.
