Nancy Lynn Green was last seen on the morning of September 30, 2002, after being dropped off by her sister near the 2000 block of Eoff Street in Wheeling, West Virginia. She was scheduled to attend a medical appointment nearby but never arrived. Nancy had previously gone missing once before under similar circumstances and was located days later near Wheeling Hospital, but this time, she never returned. Despite searches and continued efforts from loved ones and authorities, Nancy has remained missing, and her case is still unsolved.

    • A two-inch, V-shaped scar on her right shin

    • A scar near her left ear from mole removal
