Carl Barksdale, Jr.

Carl Barksdale Jr., known to many as "Cecil," was last seen at his home on Hurricane Road in Clendenin, West Virginia. Sometime during the night of September 5, 1994, it’s believed he may have left with someone, though the details of that night remain unclear. Cecil never returned, and no confirmed trace of him has been found since. His disappearance remains unexplained.

  • Eye Color: Brown

    • A noticeable vertical scar from his breastbone to lower abdomen
